JASON W. POE
Jason is a litigation lawyer. Jason's practice includes all kinds of civil litigation, including tort, personal injury, property damage, insurance defense, insurance bad faith and insurance fraud, death and disability claims, products liability, premises liability and breach of contract matters.
Jason received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Tyler where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Following his undergraduate education, Jason recieved his law degree from the University of Tulsa, where he graduated near the top of his class with honors. Prior to graduation from law school, Jason was a member and editor of the Tulsa Law Review.
After graduation from law school, Jason served as an assistant criminal District Attorney in Gregg County, Texas. He is currently admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, Louisiana State Courts and Texas State Courts.
